At Asana, the Reporting Connections team is on a mission to build the connective tissue between where work happens and where decisions are made. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve
- Lead the team in designing and delivering features that help execs make better decisions faster—and help everyone else avoid unnecessary status meetings
- Raise the technical bar: drive architecture, performance, and scalability in a highly visible part of the product
- Mentor and unblock teammates by modeling what good looks like in TypeScript, full-stack architecture, and polished UX
- Work across boundaries: partner with infrastructure, AI teams, and product leaders to ship smarter, faster, and more integrated reporting
- Stay pragmatic: we like good engineering practices, but we don’t worship any one methodology. You’ll help us choose the right tools for the job
About you
- You write idiomatic TypeScript and know your way around modern web frameworks
- You’ve built reporting or analytics products before—and know just how painful bad ones can be
- You have opinions about UX, especially when building for non-technical stakeholders
- You’ve led complex projects, shipped full-stack features end-to-end, and helped others grow along the way
- You can speak both executive and engineer: you know what matters to each and how to build for both
- You’re allergic to bloated dashboards and proud of it

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 37 000 - 47 166 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
