WarsawApply nowYou will join Asana’s RevTech team as a Salesforce UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric experiences within the Salesforce platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex requirements into seamless, engaging interfaces.You will champion both user and business needs, applying cutting-edge design principles and Salesforce-specific knowledge. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve:

Design Wireframes, Low and High-fidelity mockups for our complex Salesforce initiatives

Conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing to gather actionable feedback

Collaborate with Salesforce Engineers, Product Owners/Managers to align on Design requirements and feasibility.

Present designs to both technical and non technical stakeholders, incorporating feedback in iterative design cycles

Contribute to and evolve a design library that supports our growing Salesforce ecosystem

Keep up with industry best practices in UI/UX Design and emerging Salesforce features.
About you:

5+ years of relevant implementation experience and degree in a relevant field

Relevant experience building portals (customer/partners). preferably on the force.com platform using Experience Cloud.

Strong experience with building UI/UX Designs using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Lightning Web Components and Salesforce CRM interfaces.

Good understanding of HTML/CSS, especially as it relates to implementing designs in Salesforce

Use design software tools like Figma, Collaboration software like Miro

Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to clearly convey design decisions

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
