Dustin Moskovitz is the co-founder and CEO of Asana. As Asana’s CEO, Dustin is dedicated to creating a product that helps the world’s teams collaborate effortlessly, in addition to leading the company’s award-winning culture. Prior to founding Asana, Dustin co-founded Facebook and served as the company’s first Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering. Dustin majored in economics at Harvard University prior to joining Facebook full-time in 2004.
Anna has spent most of her career leading people teams at technology companies, connecting organizations’ cultures and values to business outcomes via people programs. She has served in similar roles at MuleSoft, Readyforce, and IronPort Systems/Cisco Systems, with experience ranging from founding teams through to IPO. She has a B.A. from the University of Oregon and an MBA from IESE in Spain. She serves on the Board of Directors at Culture Amp. Originally from Austria, she lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.
Sonalee Parekh is Asana's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Finance, responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, and financial planning for all business operations. Prior to Asana, Sonalee most recently served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RingCentral, a cloud-based communications SaaS company, where she oversaw all finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, capital markets, investor relations, treasury and tax. Previously, Sonalee was CFO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) Communication Technology Group, as well as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. During that tenure, her responsibilities included overseeing growth initiatives, strategic investments, global M&A and integration, and investor relations. Sonalee has also held senior leadership roles at several global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and Barclays Capital. She currently serves as a director and audit chair for Indie Semiconductor, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, and is a Chartered Accountant.
Anne Raimondi is Asana's COO and Head of Business, leading and scaling Asana’s growth and global business operations and go-to market teams, including sales, marketing, customer operations, partner programs and business development. Anne is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience leading various product and business functions in fast-growing SaaS companies. Prior to her role at Asana, she was the Chief Customer Officer at Guru, Senior Vice President Operations at Zendesk, Chief Revenue Officer at TaskRabbit and held senior positions with SurveyMonkey and eBay. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Eleanor Lacey is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Asana. Eleanor oversees Asana’s global legal department including all areas of public company reporting, corporate, equity, commercial, product, and legal operations. Prior to joining Asana, Eleanor served as Chief Legal Officer for the global cybersecurity software company Sophos. Before her time at Sophos, Eleanor led the legal teams for a number of leading B2B and B2C companies including SurveyMonkey, Corel Corporation, and Niku Corporation.

Eleanor received her JD from Yale Law School and her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in addition to studying Chinese history at Shaanxi Normal University in Xian, China and Mandarin at the University of California, Santa Cruz and Tunghai University in Taiwan.
Alex Hood is Asana’s Head of Product, leading the company’s product strategy and product organization, including product management, design and user research. Prior to Asana, Alex was a VP of Product Management at Intuit and led QuickBooks Online. Alex was also the VP of Product at TubeMogul, which is now Adobe’s Advertising Cloud, and held positions at the Nasdaq Stock Market. Alex received his B.A. from American University and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
As head of engineering, Prashant leads Asana’s growing engineering organization towards high velocity, sustainability, and quality. Before joining Asana, Prashant started and led the Bay Area team building Amazon DynamoDB, a fully managed NoSQL database service. He also led engineering for mobile advertising start-up Vdopia and worked on storage systems at IBM Research.

Shannon Duffy is the Head of Marketing at Asana, leading global marketing efforts, including corporate, product, growth, revenue, and engagement. Prior to Asana, Shannon held the role of Executive Vice President Cloud & Industry Marketing at Salesforce. In this role she guided messaging, experiences, and go-to-market strategy for their flagship products. A technology marketing veteran, Shannon has held leadership positions in the industry since 2003. Shannon graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Communications.
Ed McDonnell is Asana's Head of Global Revenue, responsible for all facets of global revenue and field operations. Ed brings deep Enterprise software expertise to Asana. He joins the company from Salesforce, where he was an early leader within Marketing Cloud and most recently held the role of Executive Vice President of Sales with responsibility for two of the fastest-growing Clouds, Marketing and Commerce, and two emerging industry verticals, Retail and Consumer Goods – empowering renowned brands with the full Customer 360 portfolio. McDonnell also previously served in senior leadership roles at Eloqua (acquired by Oracle), McGraw Financial, Pivot (acquired by CME Group), and Thomson Reuters.
Saket Srivastava is the Head of Enterprise Technology & IT. In this role he oversees Asana's IT organization, including optimizing technology systems and processes, connecting technology strategy to overarching business strategy, and ensuring that technology infrastructure supports organizational goals. Previously, Saket held executive positions at Square, Guidewire Software, and other leading technology companies. Saket holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
Josh Abdulla is Asana's Head of Customer Experience, overseeing Asana's customer success, professional services, and support teams. Josh brings over two decades of experience in customer-facing roles spanning professional services, tech support, and customer success. Prior to his role at Asana, he held the role of Chief Customer Officer at LiveRamp, where he led the company’s Customer Solutions organization, including its Global Services, Global Customer Success, and Global Customer Support teams. A customer experience veteran, Josh has also held leadership positions at Salesforce, ExactTarget (acquired by Salesforce in 2013), and Model N. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Letgive, Inc., a pioneer in online and mobile charitable giving. In addition to his work, Josh is a mentor at Techstars, an investor and adviser for several startups, and a faculty member at the University of Colorado. Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University and a M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
