With Asana Connect, you can create Asana tasks from Freshdesk tickets, or link tickets to existing tasks. Once Asana and Freshdesk are connected, replies and comments made in a Freshdesk ticket will be pushed to Asana, and vice versa.
When you create an Asana task through Asana Connect, you can choose a team, project, assignee, due date, and even fill out custom fields directly from the Freshdesk app. The app can also push ticket status updates to linked Asana tasks via comments.
